Significant dates:
Notice: Church Council has approved a new activity - 'Hairbrush Choir' - to run on the 1st and 3rd Thursday afternoons of the month, from 2pm–3:30 pm. More than 30 are interested! First get together to explore the group concept is a special, now on 2pm Thursday 16th October!
Sunday 5th - Church Service (Rev. Bill Loader) – 9am + morning tea
Wednesday 8th – Church Council – 5pm
Friday 10th - 6pm to 8pm - the first of our Community BBQs during daylight saving. Feel free to come along - bring your own drinks
Sunday 12th - Church Service (lay led) – 9am + morning tea
Community Talk - 9am Tuesday 14th October - Kerrie Piper, Community Coordinator, Cancer Council of NSW. No cost. [NB: No SaS that morning]
First get together of our new group - Hairbrush Choir - on Thursday 16th October at 2pm.
Sunday 19th - Church Service (Rev. Betty Stroud visiting) – 9am
Tuesday 22nd - Welcome lunch with Betty, 12.30pm Secret Garden Cafe, Boambee
Community Afternoon Tea - 2.30pm Thursday 24th October - All welcome. Our series of afternoon teas, give the opportunity to relax with friends old and new, meet and greet, share conversation, tea/coffee and cakes and other nibbles, and get to know others a little better. No cost.
Sunday 26th - Church Service (Rev. Betty Stroud) – 9am + Communion + morning tea + bible study (tbc)
Sunday 2nd November - Church Service (Rev. Betty Stroud) – 9am + morning tea
NB: Should you not be able to come to our services, you can find a streamed or recorded worship service from across NSW and ACT eg. West Epping Uniting or Terrigal Uniting; or use our Presbytery Mid North Coast service resources.
Important to also note: Covid Safe – RSV, Covid and Flu are still in our communities, so please do not come if you are feeling ill. Local Safe Plan guidance applies - hand sanitise on entry + consider distancing [ Wear a mask IF you wish / OR can't distance ].

No groups on Public Holidays!
- Fitness Stretch & Stability Classes - on each of 5 week days (limited numbers - ALL 6 groups are near to fully enrolled, but casual spaces may be available - prior enquiry please if new starter. Note - On occasional Tuesdays no group due to Hoys prior commitments.
- Table Tennis interest group – Tuesday 7pm
- Sawtell Strollers – UUFIT walking for health - Meet at the church at 4pm Wednesdays (all welcome for a 50 min local stroll, weather permitting)
and - our Monday & Wednesday afternoon Mahjong groups 1pm
- Tai Chi interest and practice group (Sorry, no in depth teaching or training) meets Friday at 9.45am
plus Community Talks, Community Afternoon Teas, and Community BBQs (summer) - all welcome
